The Professional Wholesale Program is designed for licensed and certified maternal care providers, including lactation professionals, midwives, doulas, and other qualified practitioners.
What paperwork do I need to submit for verification?
When applying, please include your credentials so we can verify that you are a licensed and certified maternal care provider. This may include an IBCLE certificate, CLE/CBS certificate, DONA certificate, or midwifery license number. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at hello@amarismom.com.
