Flex is a payment processing company that allows you to utilize your HSA/FSA card on our website to purchase health & wellness items.

After adding items to your cart, proceed to checkout and select the Flex option and enter the information from your HSA or FSA card. If you have items in your cart that do not qualify for HSA/FSA, you will be prompted to enter an additional form of payment to cover those items.

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist when payment methods are declined. You will need to reach out to the banking institution that supports your card to find out the problem.
