Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No. You can place an order as a guest without creating an account. Creating an account makes future checkouts easier and automatically enrolls you in Amaris Rewards, where you can earn Amaris Stars toward savings on future purchases.
How do I create an account?
Select the account icon at the top of the Amaris website and follow the prompts to create or access your customer account.
How do I place an order?
Add the products you'd like to purchase to your cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to enter your contact, shipping and payment information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Eligible customers can also use Affirm or HSA/FSA funds through Flex.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders begin processing immediately after they are placed, so we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been submitted. Please review your order details carefully before completing checkout.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your discount code in the designated discount field during checkout and select Apply. If the code is valid for your order, the discount will be reflected in your order total before you complete your purchase.
How will I know my order was confirmed?
After your order is successfully placed, you'll receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder before contacting Amaris Support.
I'm having trouble adding an item to my cart. What should I do?
First, refresh the page and try adding the item again. If the problem continues, try another browser or device. If you still can't add the item to your cart, contact Amaris Support and we'll be happy to help.
Are Amaris collection cups compatible with other breast pumps?
Yes. Amaris Slim-Cups and Go-Cups are compatible with a variety of popular breast pumps from other manufacturers. Compatibility and connection methods vary by pump model, and suction strength may vary depending on the breast pump used.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes. Subscriptions are available on select Amaris products. Available delivery frequencies and subscription discounts are shown on the product page before purchase. Subscriptions are pay-as-you-go and continue until paused or cancelled. You can manage your subscription through the Amaris customer subscription portal.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can pause, resume or cancel your subscription through the Amaris customer subscription portal. You can also update your payment and delivery information. Cancellations apply to future subscription orders and will not cancel an order that has already been processed.
How do I earn and redeem Amaris Rewards points?
Create an Amaris account to automatically join our rewards program and start earning Amaris Stars. Earn Stars when you shop and through activities like signing up, following Amaris on social media, subscribing to emails and writing reviews. We may also offer bonus Stars during special promotions and events.
Redeem your Stars for savings on future purchases: 100 Stars for $5 off, 200 Stars for $10 off or 300 Stars for $15 off.
Do you accept HSA/FSA payments?
Yes. Eligible Amaris products can be purchased using HSA/FSA funds through Flex. Select Flex as your payment method during checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase with your HSA/FSA card.
