How to Use
  1. Wash your hands and inspect the packaging. Do not use if the packaging is damaged.
  2. Open one pouch, remove the pad, and peel away the protective backing. Avoid touching the gel side.
  3. Ensure your breast is clean and dry. Place the gel side at the base of your areola and gently press upward, smoothing as you go.
  4. Remove the pad before breastfeeding or pumping. Place it on a clean surface with the gel side facing up, and gently wash the breast before feeding.
  5. Reuse only while the pad remains clean and intact, for no more than 24 hours after opening. Discard sooner if it becomes dirty, cloudy, or milky.

For extra cooling, refrigerate unopened pads shortly before use. Do not freeze.
